1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Klaim99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at klaim99.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through Klaim99, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it, and that you agree to comply with all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

Klaim99 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia and the Southeast Asian region. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with Klaim99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities and artificial legal persons are not eligible to hold Player Accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for entertainment purposes.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in our current jurisdiction policy.
• You do not currently have a self-exclusion order in place with Klaim99 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from Klaim99 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Klaim99 or any of its affiliated companies, unless prior written consent has been granted.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change.

The following conditions govern account registration:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, usernames, payment methods, or devices are used.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, email address, and other details as requested. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Klaim99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security.
• Notification of Compromise: If you have reason to believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify Klaim99 support immediately via the live chat platform.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Klaim99 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. The KYC process is designed to protect players and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), Passport, or valid Driver's License.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bank account, e-wallet (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), or other payment instrument used is registered in your name.

Klaim99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Verification decisions are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Klaim99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited instantly.
• Deposits via FPX bank transfer may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance.
• Klaim99 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50.
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit and that is verified in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Klaim99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• Klaim99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. You will be notified if this applies to your request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Klaim99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which are published at the time of the offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• The maximum permitted bet while playing with active bonus funds is RM250 per bet or spin, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Check individual bonus terms for exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not cleared within the expiry period will be removed from your account.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Klaim99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter the terms of any promotion, or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of their wagering conditions.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the Klaim99 Platform operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by Klaim99 or any third party.

• Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before placing bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, Klaim99 will use server-side logs to determine the outcome of the affected round. In cases where no outcome can be determined, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. No modification or cancellation of placed bets is permitted once confirmed by the system, except where explicitly allowed by specific game rules.
• For sports betting, events settled in error will be corrected and bets re-settled at the correct odds. Klaim99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Klaim99 maintains complete server-side records of all gaming activity. In the event of a dispute, these records shall be the definitive reference for resolving any disagreement regarding game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Klaim99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account funds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether for personal use or to circumvent any restrictions, bans, or bonus limitations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. Klaim99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to Klaim99. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Klaim99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and all associated materials — is the exclusive property of Klaim99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Unauthorised use of Klaim99's intellectual property — including any attempt to scrape data, mirror the Platform, or use the Klaim99 brand in any unauthorised manner — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klaim99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This limitation includes, but is not limited to:

• Losses incurred due to technical failures, network outages, or interruptions to the Platform that are beyond Klaim99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the Platform.
• Decisions made based on information or content displayed on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Klaim99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Klaim99 accepts no liability for gambling losses that are a natural consequence of participation in games of chance.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Klaim99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The Player's account or activity poses a financial risk, security risk, or reputational risk to the Platform.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A regulatory obligation or court order requires the account to be restricted or closed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Klaim99 customer support via live chat. In the case of voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Klaim99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Players who have been permanently closed for serious violations (fraud, chargebacks, collusion) are not entitled to withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13 Responsible Gambling

Klaim99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity for adults. We actively encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to use the tools available to manage their gaming behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours once set.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to notify you of how long you have been actively gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and all marketing communications will cease.

All responsible gaming features are accessible without requiring contact with customer support. Klaim99 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not attempt to re-engage self-excluded players through marketing.

14 Privacy & Data

Klaim99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, Klaim99 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored using AES-256 encryption and transmitted over TLS-secured connections.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klaim99 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Klaim99's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Klaim99 operates an internal dispute resolution process as a first step for any Player complaints. Players are encouraged to contact customer support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under Klaim99's licensing terms.

16 Amendments

Klaim99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Klaim99 recommends that you review these Terms periodically.
